From carving pumpkins to giving out sweets, dressing up, and eating the sweets (!) Halloween is a fun time of the year for all the family.
Here’s a few suggestions to help you celebrate:
• Throw a costume party – make up a theme or keep it generally spooky. We have a range of accessories to give you a ghoulish makeover from face paints, pointy teeth, eyelashes and fake blood!
• Get crafty – pick up a pumpkin, scoop out the insides and carve out a classic face. The more adventurous can attempt a cat or a witch on a broomstick – just draw what you plan to cut out onto the pumpkin first. When finished, place a tealight candle inside and pop it in your front window for a night time glow
• Have a feast! Whether it’s party food or gathered around a barbecue, grab some spicy sausages and sweet treats which children and adults alike will enjoy.
• Staying in? Curl up on the sofa to a DVD. Kids will enjoy Coraline and ParaNorman, adults can opt for Snow White and the Huntsmen or Mama.
