New Look Oakham - Week 3

Our Oakham store is going through a makeover.

To celebrate this transformation, we will be talking to different people involved in the transformation.  We are now in the third week of the make-over and  we chat to Peter, a team leader at the 'New look Oakham' store.

So Paul, tell us whats happening at Oakham, "It's great to see the store transformation coming into its final stages.  Everyone is busy applying the finishing touches for our re-launch on Friday 4th March. The M & Co. concession is fitted out and and their stock is arriving daily.  This is a fantastic addition to the store.

Our customers are giving us really positive feedback about the store and love the new fish and premium deli counters.  Pick of the crop is also proving to be a real winner.

Our colleagues are really looking forward to the re-launch.  The store will be opened by Lewis Carlin  who is the Town Crier (retired) for Oakham and shops with us on a daily basis. Lewis will be assisted by pupils from the local English Martyrs Primary School.

We have some great opening offers including £3 off with a £20 spend on food and M & Co. will be offering attractive discounts of up to 15%. There will be product sampling of our new local products and also Fairtrade products in support of Fairtrade fortnight.

I feel really proud to be part of a great team, and I am really looking forward to showcasing the changes to the 'newlook Oakham' store."

Join us next week to find out more about the exciting developments at Oakham.  And if you have any questions regarding the developments, you can contact our team via Twitter using the hashtag #newlookOakham
