Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 The Co-operative corn on the cobs
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 1tbsp coriander, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2. lime

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190C / gas mark 5.
  2. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Pop in the corn of the cobs and cook for 3 minutes. Meanwhile tear 4 sheets of tin foil big enough to wrap one piece of corn.
  3. Carefully lift out the corns and place onto the foil. In small bowl thoroughly mix the butter, chilli, coriander and lime-juice. Spread the butter over the corns and seal in the tin foil. Place onto a baking tray and cook for about 15 minutes.

Serve in the foil and get your fingers messy!
