Golden Syrup Chocolate Fondant Puddings

Ingredients
- 2tsp cocoa powder
- 75g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
- 150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 125g Lyle’s Golden Syrup
- 3 large free range eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g plain flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C/180Cfan/gas6. Butter 6 individual pudding basin and dust with the cocoa powder.
- Break chocolate into bowl and melt over a pan of simmering water.
- Beat butter and Lyle’s golden syrup until smooth and creamy, gradually add eggs then vanilla extract, when smooth, fold in flour, mix well.
- Add melted chocolate and mix again.
- Divide between the basins, place on a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes. Serve straight away.
