Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta

Ingredients

  • 250-300g The Co-operative spirali pasta
  • 200g sugar snap peas
  • 4 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2x185g tins of tuna chunks in oil, drained
  • 198g tin naturally sweet sweetcorn in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp The Co-operative Healthier Choice mayonnaise

Method

  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta following the pack instructions. A few minutes before the end of cooking time, add the sugar snap peas to the pan.
  2. While the pasta cooks, gently fry the spring onions in the oil until soft. Drain the cooked pasta and put back into the pan. Add the softened spring onions, tuna, drained sweetcorn and mayonnaise. Stir gently until all the pasta is coated in the mixture.
