A creamy cows milk cheese, mild flavour, which gets bolder with maturation. Medium soft cheese, with an edible rind. Melts very easily, works well baked.

- 1 whole Camembert
- sprig of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut in half
- 2 tsp honey
- crusty bread to serve
Method
- Set the oven to 180C/350F/gas 4
- Take the plastic wrapper from the Camembert, but leave in its box.
- Press the garlic into the top of the Camembert, along with the rosemary leaves, ensuring plenty are stuck into the cheese.
- Drizzle the honey over the top of the cheese.
- Place on a baking tray, and bake in the oven until the top is golden and the cheese is oozing and molten.
- Serve with crusty bread to dip into the melted cheese.
