Ingredients
- 1 x pear
- 50g chopped pineapple
- 50g frozen summer fruit mixture
- 25ml apple juice
- 50g Greek natural yogurt
- 60g strawberries
- 1 x nectarine
- 40g Galia melon
- 20g granola
- 1 x mint sprig
Method
1. Chop the pear into chunks and place into a blender with the yogurt, apple juice, pineapple and summer fruit mixture
2. Blitz until the mixture has a smooth consistency, then pour into a bowl
3. Slice the strawberries, nectarine and melon, layering them onto the top of the smoothie, along with the granola
4. Drizzle with a spoonful of the yogurt, adding a mint sprig for garnish
5. Enjoy!
