Central England Co-operative introduces award-winning COOK frozen food into selected stores

Shoppers at Central England Co-op can now enjoy a new range of frozen food thanks to the introduction of the award-winning COOK brand at a select number of stores across the country.

Mouth-watering gourmet ready meals and Indian and Thai takeaway favourites are among the products that have been introduced at seven Central England Co-op Food Stores.

Customers can now enjoy ‘Great Taste Award’ winning meals including Coq Au Vin, Chicken, Ham and Leek Pie and Macaroni Cheese, as well as other traditional favourites such as Classic Fish Pie, Lasagne al Forno and Chilli Con Carne.

For those looking for a tasty takeaway option, the COOK range offers a wide variety of Indian and Thai takeaway meals including classics such as Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Tikka Masala and Thai Green Curry.

Shoppers hoping for great vegetarian options are equally well served with Roasted Vegetable Lasagne, Portobello Mushroom Risotto and Yellow Vegetable Curry.

  • Bungay convenience store, Norfolk
  • Halesworth supermarket, Suffolk
  • Oakham supermarket, Rutland
  • Stirchley supermarket, Birmingham
  • Whetstone supermarket, Leicestershire
  • Wildwood supermarket, Stafford
