Fatherson Bakery

Delicious, handmade and hand decorated products, made using local ingredients in Alcester, Warwickshire. The bakery uses recycled and recyclable plastic packaging and sends zero waste to landfill. And they’ve just won Bakery Manufacturing Company of the Year.

Based less than a mile from our Market Street Co-op in Bakewell, Derbyshire, The Bakewell Bakery handmakes its cakes using traditional methods. Not surprisingly, the award-winning firm is famous for its Bakewell Puddings and Tarts, which you’ll find on sale in selected stores.

The company has been producing ice cream in the Peak District, Derbyshire, for over 100 years. Its dairy ice cream comes in over 18 delicious flavours - many of them award-winning - across its Classic and Luxury collections.


Pheasantry Brewery

Pheasantry Brewery was set up in 2012, born from the roots of the Camm family who have farmed in Nottinghamshire for generations. Today it’s led by the granddaughters of Joseph Camm, making beers brewed using malted barley grown on the farm.
