For the more refined revellers amongst us, this smooth and classy option complements the rich creaminess of Bailey’s with the unmistakably festive warmth of nutmeg and ginger.
Ingredients
- 50ml Bailey’s Irish Cream399
- 10ml Smirnoff vodka
- 100ml full-fat milk
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch ginger
- Cinnamon stick (garnish)
Method
- Fill a tumbler or brandy glass with ice. This will ensure your drink stays chilled while you enjoy it.
- Pour the Bailey’s, vodka and milk into a shaker with ice, adding the nutmeg and ginger. Shake for 20 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into the ice-filled glass and top with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
